Delete your Pixfront data
Your campaign, stars and settings live only on your phone. If you play online, the server keeps an account with no name or email and your profile (nickname, style, coins, matches and styles bought with coins), plus technical logs (up to 30 days) and player reports (up to 12 months).
From the game (immediate)
Home › Legal and privacy › Delete my online data. It deletes your account and profile on the server (with your coins and gems) and your blocks on the phone. To also delete the campaign, uninstall the game.
Without the game (by email)
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Pixfront data" and include your in-game nickname. We will delete the account, profile and logs linked to that nickname and reply within 20 days.
What is kept
Only what a law requires us to keep, such as purchase receipts required by tax law. Your purchases are managed by Google Play with your Google account.
